2024 Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibition
The Governor’s Capital Art Exhibition will include fifty works of art from forty-six Wyoming artists. Exhibition juror, Terri Porta, selected these works from over 350 submissions.
The Governor’s Capitol Art Exhibition will run from February 9, 2024, through August 10, 2024 at the Wyoming State Capitol. An awards reception was held on February 16, 2024.
Jackson Reservoir Sunset - renamed to Sunset Calm, was awarded the Governor’s Choice Award and a Capitol Art Collection Purchase Award.
10th Annual Allegany National Photography Competition & Exhibition
The Allegany County Arts Council received more than 800 entries for 2024 and is so proud of the continued growth of this competition, not just in the number of entries but in the quality of the submitted works. What started out as a small, regional effort has grown to include entries from every state in the nation and countless photographers of all skill level.
Grover Grain Elevator was chosen as one of the 60 included works in this show. The exhibition will run from March 30-April 20 in the Saville and Schwab Galleries of the Allegany Arts Council in Cumberland, MD.

Art on Main Art Festival and Birds of Bear River Photography Exhibit
Brigham City, Utah | Memorial Day Weekend 2024
Art on Main will be my first Art Festival of the Summer 2024 season! If you’re in northern Utah over Memorial Day weekend, you should check out this busy, fun festival. Lots of things to do and see! Looking forward to taking the show on the road to beautiful Utah in May.
Wyoming International Film Festival
The Wyoming International Film Festival will be held this July 12-15 at Laramie County Community College, and Denise Hawkins Photography was invited to be a guest artist for the accompanying Photography show! Stay tuned for more details!
Pearl Street Arts Festival 2024
I’m excited to return to the Pearl Street Arts Festival for 2024! This is an awesome festival in the heart of downtown Boulder, Colorado. Check out their website and come see me on 14th street if you’re in the area July 19-21!
Art Fair Jackson Hole
The Art Association of Jackson Hole is pleased to present the 59th annual Art Fair Jackson Hole.
A quintessential Jackson Hole summer event, Art Fair Jackson Hole features professional local and national artists selling fine art and craft including ceramics, paintings, furniture, photography, and much more. Artists and exhibitors are selected through a blind jury process and invited to present their work to thousands of patrons over an extended weekend, Friday through Sunday. July 26-28.
Fall Fest in Dillon
Denise Hawkins Photography will be at the 7th Annual Fall Fest in Dillon, Colorado on Saturday & Sunday, August 31 & September 1st. Come visit this beautiful setting in the mountains of Colorado on Labor Day Weekend!
